We have a range of ready built areas for car websites, some of which are detailed below. As well as this, we are happy to undertake any bespoke ideas you may have. Just give us a call or fill out an online contact form and we will be happy to discuss further.

Once we have set up your site, and given you your web address, you can access the admin part of your site easily.

This will take you to the login page, as pictured below.

Please note there are parts of the site that have been covered up to protect privacy.. (log in names, ip addresses etc)

Enter the username and password we have supplied, and click login, and you will be taken to the home page pictured below.

Along the top horizontal menu bar you will see several options, these all control different parts of your site. We will get into more detail in these shortly.

Pages:

Lets you add, edit and delete pages. You will not need any coding skills for this, as long as you can type you will be fine!

Modules:

These are the areas of the site which are custom  built for you, or included anyway. This may contain things like car showroom details, where you can add or update cars. Also things like parts, or your shop, links and contact details.

Images:

This is where you can upload images to your site or delete them. Once images are stored in here, you can insert them into pages.

Documents:

Here you can upload documents, pdf’s or downloadable items. You can add links to download these into your pages.

To the right you will see your site stats. This will give you info on the amount of pages connected to your site, and also the last login details.

Below is the add/edit pages section. There are many options to customise your text, and also sections for editing the page order on your menu.

If you look through the modules section pictured below, you will see some of the options you have, depending on what you have requested.

Adding a car to your showroom is easy, just fill in the information and click proceed, which will then take you to the next page. On the next page you can add any other notes if required, then click ok and your car will be listed.

Below is the image uploader. On the main page it lists all your current pictures, on the right is the option to upload a new image. Adding an image is as easy as finding the file on your computer, giving it a name and clicking upload! These pictures can then be added to parts of your site.

The Site Documents area has the same principles, you select a file on your computer to upload, and then the document is available to attach to any page for download.

There are many other options that could be available, depending on what it is you need, and we will be more than happy to guide you through anything and to get you started.
